深圳市宝安区班氏丝虫病控制措施及远期效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过控制措施选用了反复防治病原为主导的策略,制定和推广应用反复查治病原,查治结合重点村全民服药,查治结合重点流行区服食海群生掺拌食盐等防治技术措施,达到消灭传染源。方法全民普查普治。结果1986年达到了基本消灭班氏丝虫病的标准,1998年经审评达到了消灭班氏丝虫病的标准。结论针对单一的病原控制措施,阻断传播途径,达到消灭疾病的目的。Objectives To study the strategy and technical measures for interrupting the transmission of bancro ftian filariasis. Study the measures and effects of blood examination diagnosis and hetrazan(DEC)treatment.To formulate surveillance system and eradicate remaining infection sources.Method Surveillance and treatment of the whole population of the village. Results The surveillance and control measures could basically eradicate the filariasis and reached the standard in 1986. Evaluation in 1998 concluded that filariasis was basically eradicated in Baoan district of Shenzhen city. Conclusion The control and prevention measures had successfully eradicated and stopped the transmission of bancroftian filariasis.
