摘　　要：目的探讨B超在华支睾吸虫病诊断中的应用价值。方法采用B超检查2032例华支睾吸虫病患者肝胆有无异常。结果2032例华支睾吸虫病患者B超检查,发现肝胆异常征象1613例,符合疾病的病理生理改变。结论B超诊断华支睾吸虫病具有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the application of B ultrasonic examination on the diagnosis of clonorchiasis. Method 2032 cases of clonorchiasis were diagnosed by B ultrasonic examination of liver and gall bladder. Result 1613 patients showed abnormal signs in liver and gall bladder, which coincided with the pathophysiological changes. Conclusion B ultrasonic examination is valuable to the diagnosis of clonorchiasis.
