摘  要:在对兰州市多年生草坪草根际分离的联合固氮菌(114株)基础上,采用分离溶磷菌常用的PKO(溶解无机磷菌)和蒙金娜培养基,利用溶磷圈法测定菌株溶磷能力。结果发现:溶解无机磷和有机磷的菌株均占分离到总菌株的27.2%。最终筛选出溶磷能力较强的6株菌株,分离物溶解无机磷D/d(D溶磷圈直径,d菌落直径)值在3.347~1.722之间;而溶解有机磷的能力相差较大,D/d值最大的是L14为3.059。L14和L18在菌肥开发方面有很大的潜力。Based on the isolation of associative nitrogen fixation bacteria (114 strains) in rhizosphere of perennialturfgrass in Lanzhou, the phosphorus-solubilizingability of isolated bacteria was determined withPKO and Mongina organic culture medium. The results indicated that 27.2% of the strains shown the ability of dissolvingorganicand inorganic phosphorus, in which, 6 strains (L13, L14, L16, L17, L18, L19) shown stronger ability of phosphorus-solubilizing and theirD/d values ranged from 3.35 to 1.72. However, the ability of dissolvingorganic phosphorusvaried greatly. The maximumvalue(L14 strain) was 3.06;L19 strain did not show the ability to dissolve organic phosphorus. L14 and L18 shown their potential for P-biofertilizer producing for turfgrass.
