摘 要:研究了无芒隐子草和条叶车前种子千粒质量大小和环境温度对其发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,无芒隐子草和条叶车前种子的千粒质量分别为0.238g和1.770g。无芒隐子草种子萌发对环境温度适应性较强,能在10~50/20℃温度区间萌发,较高温度促进萌发;条叶车前种子萌发对环境温度适应性较弱,在10~30℃温度区间,较低温度促进其萌发。无芒隐子草和条叶车前种子的最佳萌发温度分别为35/20℃变温和20℃恒温,在此条件下的发芽率分别达94%和61%。s: The effects of environmental temperatures on germination characteristics of Cleistogenes songorica and Plantago lessingii seeds were studied in this paper. The results showed that1000-seed weght of C. songorica and P. lessingii was 0.238 g and 1.77 g, respectively.Germination temperature range of C. songorica was very wide ranged from 10℃ to 50/20℃, and higher temperature promoted germination. On the opposite,P. lessingii seed had a narrow range of germination temperature from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃,and lower temperature promoted the germination. The optimal germination temperature was variable 35/20 ℃ for C. songoricaand constant 20 ℃for P. lessingii, and thegermination percentageswere94% and 61%, respectively.
