摘　　要：说明了住宅业在国民经济中的重要性以及住宅二级市场的内涵 ;分析了目前住宅二级市场存在的开放程度不够 ,房屋确权不明确 ,中介服务不规范等多方面的问题 ;并提出笔者的几点建议思考 。This paper discusses the significance of housing industry in national economy and the connotation of the secondary housing market, analyses the problems existing in the current secondary housing market, which are manifested in insufficient openness, indistinctness of true right of the house and substandard intermediary service. Some suggestions are put forward for opening wider the secondary housing market so as to promote the healthy development of housing industry in China.
