摘　　要：大力发展社会主义文化是全面建设小康社会的内在要求 ,以爱国主义为核心的民族精神是社会主义文化的灵魂 ,是中华民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑。坚持以“三个代表”重要思想统领社会主义文化建设可以牢牢把握住先进文化的前进方向 ,促进社会主义文化的繁荣 。It is the intrinsic requirement of constructing a well-off society to vigorously develop socialist culture. Ethos, whose core is patriotism, is the soul of socialist culture and the spiritual support by which the Chinese nationality survives and develops. Persisting in the important idea of “Three Representatives” guiding the construction of socialist culture will make it possible to adhere to the orientation of advanced culture, to promote the flourishing of socialist culture and to realizes the grand aim of constructing a well-off society at an early date.
