摘 要:采用盆栽试验研究VA菌根菌(Gm)、重氮营养醋杆菌Pal5菌株单接种及双接种对超甜玉米生长、磷营养和菌根侵染率的影响,结果表明,Gm单接种可显著提高玉米菌根侵染率,Pal5+Gm双接种可极显著提高玉米菌根侵染率;无论Gm、Pal5单接种或Pal5+Gm双接种均能改善植株磷素营养,促进玉米生长,生物产量和单果重增加;双接种在提高菌根侵染率、促进植株生长方面表现出一定的正交互效应;生物产量喇叭口期为Pal5+Gm>Pal5>Gm>CK,采收期为Pal5+Gm>Gm>Pal5>CK。Pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of dual inoculation of a species of VA mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae) and the species of Acetobacter diazotrophicus (Pal5) on growth, phosphorus uptake and mycorrhizal infection rate of super sweet corn. The results showed that mycorrhizal infection of single inoculation (Gm) has been improved, but the effect of double inoculation of Pal5 + Gm was more than that of the single inoculants Gm. So both the single or double inoculation could change the uptake of phosphorus, promote the growth of corn, and increase the biomass and the fruit weight. The double inoculation had positive reciprocal effects on the mycorhizal infection and the plant growth. The biomass order was Pal5 + Gm>Pal5>Gm>CK in the prophase, but that changed as Pal5 + Gm>Gm>Pal5>CK in the latter stage.
