摘 要:联合装置在检修期间进行的腐蚀调查表明 :常压分馏系统的初馏塔 (材质Q2 35 -B)腐蚀较轻 ,挂片腐蚀率为 0 .0 0 5mm/a ;常压塔 (材质为SUS316L +16MnR)塔体有点蚀坑 ,进料口部位有冲蚀 ;汽提塔顶部存在较严重点蚀 ,蚀坑深 0 .5~ 1.0mm。催化裂化系统的第二再生器 (C - 10 3)衬里脱落、更换 ;分馏塔第 2 7层舌形塔盘 (材质 12AlMoV)严重腐蚀 ,第 2 6层集油箱腐蚀穿孔 ,从上到下更换了 12层塔盘 (材质为 0Cr13)。吸收稳定、脱硫及精制系统中 ,吸收稳定系统的塔、容器等状况良好 ,有 6台冷却器更换了管束 ;脱硫系统的干气脱硫塔、液态烃脱硫塔腐蚀严重 ,C - 4 0 2和C - 4 0 3溶剂再生塔整体更换塔盘和部分管线 ;精制部分仅尾气罐 (材质Q2 35 -B)腐蚀严重 ,其顶盖由 8mm减薄至 2 .4mm ,进行了更换。针对上述腐蚀问题 ,提出了应加强“一脱三注”管理和重点腐蚀部位的定点测厚工作。The corrosion survey for the complex unit during the turnaround finds out the minor corrosion in the primary distillation tower (metallurgy: Q235-B) with a coupon corrosion rate of 0.005 mm/yr, pitting corrosion in atmospheric distillation tower (metallurgy: SUS316L + 16MnR) with erosion at the feed inlet, severe corrosion at the overhead of the stripper with pitting 0.5~1.0 mm deep. The lining in the 2nd regenerator (C-103) of the FCCU has spalled and been replaced, the 27th tab tray of the fractionator (metallurgy: 12AlMoV) is severely corroded and 26th tray failed from corrosion and 12 trays have been replaced with those of 0Cr13 metallurgy. In the absorption and stabilization system, desulfurization system and refining system, the column and vessels in the absorption and stabilization system are in good conditions and tubes of 6 heat exchangers have been replaced, the dray gas desulfurization column and liquid hydrocarbon desulfurizer are severely corroded and all trays and some pipelines in the solvent regeneration towers C-402 and C-403 have been replaced. Serious corrosion is found in the tail gas drum ( metallurgy: A235-B) in the refining system and the thickness of the cover is reduced to 2.4 mm from 8 mm and the replacement is implemented. The practice of 'One Removal and Three Injections' and the strengthening of thickness measurement for critical sections are extremely necessary f to deal with the above corrosion problems.
