摘  要:当循环水系统漏入HF时 ,会使循环水的pH值明显降低 ,这不但会对设备造成严重腐蚀 ,而且会生成氟化钙垢堵塞换热设备。介绍了一种快速检测HF并估算HF含量的新方法。当循环水系统无其它酸、碱泄漏源时 ,其pH值的变化与HF的泄漏存在对应关系 ,因此通过测量循环水的pH值便可实现对HF泄漏情况进行监测 ,并可通过pH -HF曲线估算HF的泄漏量。When HF leaks into the circulating water system, it will remarkably reduce pH value of circulating water. This will not only lead to severe corrosion of equipment but also block the heat exchanger equipment due to the fouling of calcium fluorate. Now a new monitoring technique is available for rapid detection and calculation of HF in the water. When there is no other acid and caustics leakages, its pH variation is related to the leaks of HF. Therefore, the HF leaks can be monitored and detected by measuring pH of circulating water. The HF leak volume can be estimated by pH-HF curve.
