摘 要:为解决Weibull过程在零时刻时强度函数值为零或无穷、工程上拟合不好的问题 ,引入位置参数对Weibull过程进行了修正 .综合运用迭代拟合法、相关系数法以及极大似然法 ,给出了三参数Weibull过程强度参数、形状参数以及位置参数的点估计方法 .并给出了有关可靠性特征量的估计 .In the Weibull process, the peril rate is zero or infinite when time equals zero. In order to solve this problem of fitting in the engineering, the position element was put forward to revise the Weibull process. Iterative fitting, correlation coefficients method and maximum likelihood method were integrated to obtain the estimation of the scale, shape and position elements in the Weibull process. Some relative reliable characteristics were also estimated. An application example shows that the estimation of these parameters can satisfy the requirements by using this method, when repairable system is fitted by three-parameter Weibull process in the engineering.
