摘 要:在ZnO SiO2 Li2O H2O反应体系中添加四乙基溴化铵(TEABr)水热合成锌硅分子筛VPI 8,考察了反应条件和化学组成对合成过程的影响,并用XRD、SEM和化学分析法表征了合成的VPI 8样品。结果表明,添加有机物TEABr可以水热合成锌硅分子筛VPI 8,其适宜的溶胶组成为n(ZnO)∶n(SiO2)∶n(Li2O)∶n(TEABr)∶n(H2O)=(0.02~0.1)∶1∶(0.1~0.3)∶(0.1~1.0)∶30;随着反应溶胶中n(ZnO)/n(SiO2)的降低,分子筛VPI 8骨架中n(ZnO)/n(SiO2)也降低,而且其形貌特征也发生了明显的变化。The influence of initial composition of reaction sol system and reaction conditions on the hydrothermal synthesis of zincosilicate molecular sieve VPI-8 was systematically studied in the reaction system of ZnO-SiO2-Li2O-TEABr-H2O. Synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and chemical analysis. Experimental results show that TEABr can be used as the template for hydrothermal synthesis of zincosilicate molecular sieve VPI-8 and the suitable mole composition of the sol system was n(ZnO): n(SiO2):n(Li2O):n(TEABr):n(H2O) = (0.02-0.1):1:(0.1-0.3)-(0.1-1.0):30, with the decrease of w(ZnO)/w(SiO2) of the reaction sol, n(ZnO)/w(SiO2) of the synthesized VPI-8 sample also decreased, and the shape and the size of the crystallized particles changed obviously.
