摘 要:采用HAAKE流变仪,研究了NaCl质量浓度对低浓度部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)与柠檬酸铝(AlCit)交联体系(HPAM/AlCit)流变性、时间效应以及粘度的影响。结果表明,当NaCl质量浓度在5~10g/l时,聚合物质量浓度为0.1g/l的交联体系在一定剪切速率下(500~1500s-1)表现出胀流性和明显的负触变性;低于或高于该NaCl质量浓度范围,体系只表现出假塑性或牛顿性,并且没有明显的负触变性。交联体系的粘度随NaCl质量浓度的增加先降低后增加,NaCl质量浓度由0.5g/l增加至20g/l,体系粘度逐渐降低;其质量浓度由50g/l增加至100g/l,体系粘度随之增加。笔者对上述实验现象的微观机理进行了初步分析。The influence of salt concentration on the rheological properties of low concentration (0.1g/l) partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM)/aluminum citrate (AlCit, cross-linker) cross-linking system was investigated by using HAAKE rheometer. Within the salt mass concentration range of (5-10g/l), the cross-linking system presented shear-thickening properties particularly in shear-rate range of 500-1500s^(-1) and notable negative thixotropy. In lower or higher salt mass concentrations (≤2g/l or ≥20g/l) , the cross-linking system only showed the shear-thinning or Newtonian behavior but no negative thixotropy. The viscosity of the cross-linking system decreased initially and then increased when the NaCl mass concentration in the system increased. The viscosity decreased gradually while the NaCl mass concentration increased from 0.5g/l to 20g/l, and increased as the NaCl mass concentration increased from (50g/l) to 100g/l. The microcosmic mechanism about the experimental phenomena was analyzed.
