摘  要:Aligned carbon nanofiber bundles were synthesized by thermal chemical vapor deposition method at high temperature in a vertical reactor vessel. The as-synthesized bundles were with a length up to several millimeters for 6 hours growth and they were so closely assembled to form a solid piece. Thermal gravimetric analysis results showed that the product possessed a high purity of carbon, c.a. 95% in weight percentage.Aligned carbon nanofiber bundles were synthesized by thermal chemical vapor deposition method at high temperature in a vertical reactor vessel.
