摘　　要：电子政府是信息网络技术背景下迅猛发展的一种新的政府架构,是政府再造的理性选择。电子政府的发展为创新政府决策体制提供了新的空间。电子政府能促进政府决策组织系统的完备化变革、决策权力体制的合理化调整、决策信息系统的互动化运转以及决策文化的现代化变迁。E-government, which establishes a new administrative frame basing on information technology, is the reasonable choose of government renewing. The developing of e-government will provide for the innovation of public's decision system. The e-government may promote not only the innovation of public's decision culture and organization, but also the adjusting of power relations and information systems.
