摘　　要：概述了国内外土壤容许流失量的发展历史、国内外的应用及研究方法。对东北典型黑土分布、形成、及其侵蚀现状做了阐述。结合前人经验对东北典型黑土区T值的确定进行了方法上的分析。The history of soil loss tolerance research are outlined.The distributing ,formation, soil erosion actuality of phaeozem region of northeast China is expounded in details.The method to confirm T value in phaeozem region of northeast China is analyzed.
