摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善 ,大学生的就业也日益市场化 ,高等学校学生人数的扩招也使就业形势骤然紧张。在这种形势下 ,如何培养大学生的创新能力是摆在大学面前的一道难题。大学生创新能力的培养是一个系统工程 ,其中涉及到教学、教师和学生等各个方面的问题 ,所以 ,应该多管齐下 。The occupation of university student is decided increasingly by market with the continuously improving of socialism market economy in China. How to raise the innovation capability of university student becomes an important task. It is a system engineering to foster innovation capability of university student and it relates to several respects, such as education, tutor and student and so on. Therefore, we should take many measures and pay attention to the problem probably raised in the process of fostering of innovation capability.
