摘  要:小浪底电厂区域稳定控制装置是针对小浪底水电厂的投产和电网发展稳定控制的需要建立的。该装置由上层的调度监控和自动决策系统、中层的事故判别装置和下层的智能执行装置组成。小浪底电厂区域稳定控制装置按照一主一从双机系统配置。该系统于2001年12月正式投入运行,运行正常。The local stability control devices for Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station were set to satisfy the requirements of putting the generating units of Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station into operation and the requirements of keeping the electrical power system stable. The devices consist of the upper layer of monitoring and automatically deciding sub-system for dispatching, the middle layer of error alarming sub-system and the low layer of intelligent executing sub-system. According to redundant design idea, one set of lead functional device and one set of lag functional device were configured in parallel. The devices have been operating stably since they were put into operation on December 2001.
