摘　　要：高校图书馆作为高校的文献信息中心和教育的重要场所,对大学生的创造力开发具有重要作用。本文就如何发挥高校图书馆的资源、环境和人才优势,培养大学生创造能力问题进行了初步探讨。The library in high school, as the center of literature information and important spot of education, plays important roles in exploring the creativity of the college students. This article probes into the problem of cultivating the creative abilities of students through exerting the resources, environment and priority of talented personnel of the library in the college.
