摘  要:通过田间小区试验,研究有机肥与化肥配合施用对小白菜硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的影响.结果表明:有机肥与化肥配施,可以明显地降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量,尤以有机肥与化肥施用比例为1:1时产量较高和硝酸盐含量较低,达到了高产优质.Effects of combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on the contents of nitrate and nitrite in Chinese cabbage was studied by means of field plot experiment.The results showed that the method of combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer can decrease the content of nitrate in Chinese cabbage obviously.Especially when the ratio of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer was 11∶,the yield was higher and the content of nitrate was lower.
