烟草黑胫病菌拮抗内生细菌的筛选和鉴定

摘　　要：为寻找防治烟草黑胫病新途径,2001至2003年,从湖南永州和宁乡等地烟草黑胫病发病严重的田块采集健株,共分离到内生细菌株120株,经测定,8株内生细菌菌株在室内有较强的拮抗作用,这8株内生细菌与烟草黑胫病菌共培结果显示,55y,NN-3,YN-4和YN-10对烟草黑胫病菌抑菌效果均在66%以上.根据内生细菌形态特征和生理生化性状,初步鉴定内生细菌55y为假单胞杆菌属铜绿假单胞菌,NN-3为芽孢杆菌属枯草芽孢杆菌,YN-4,YN-10为芽孢杆菌属凝结芽孢杆菌,且这4菌株均为烟草内生细菌.Endophtic bacteria strains were isolated from health tobaccos in Yongzhou and Ningxiang from heavy disease plots.Eight endophytic bacteria showed relatively strong antagonistic actions against Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae.Culture these eight bacteria and Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae together,the result showed four endophytic bacteria 55y,NN-3,YN-4 and YN-10 have the best antagonistic effects.According morphologic,physiological and biochemical characteries,strain 55y,NN-3,YN-4 and YN-10 were identified.The results showed 55y is Pseudomonas aeruginsa,NN-3 is Bacillus subtilis and YN-4,YN-10 are Bacillus coagulans.We also indenlified they are all endophytic bacteria in tobacco.
