摘 要:通过测定16位受试者白细胞计数与百分比,探讨四周高住低训过程中免疫机能的变化。结果表明,4周高住低训中由于白天训练和晚上低氧暴露的双重刺激,对外周血白细胞总数的影响比单纯训练或间歇性低氧暴露刺激影响更大。与低氧暴露前相比,急性暴露后白细胞总数等指标的变化呈现增加的趋势,可能主要是机体的一种应激反应。随着高住低训时间的延长,白细胞总数转而下降,可能会对机体免疫功能产生不利的影响。高住低训中白细胞总数的变化比中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞绝对值和百分比的变化更明显。By measuring blood leukocyte counts and percentages of 16 male soccer players of Beijing Sport University, the papers tries to find out the effects of living high-training low for 4 weeks on blood leukocyte counts. The results show that the two stimulations of training and intermittent hypoxic exposure in 4 weeks' living high-training low had a greater effect on blood leukocyte counts than only the training or the intermittent hypoxic exposure. Compared with the previous living high-training low, 10h acute hypoxic exposure induces an increasing trend of blood leukocyte counts, it might be stress-induced immunological reactions to exercise. The total blood leukocyte count declines with the longer-lasting time, and might be at a disadvantage of immune function. The total blood leukocyte count is changed more remarkably than leukocyte subpopulations (neutrophilic granulocyte, monocyte, lymphocyte) in living high-training low.
