基于ANSYS平台的中厚板控冷过程的温度场有限元模拟及分析

摘　　要：利用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件对中厚板轧后控冷过程温度场进行了有限元模拟 ,得到了钢板在水冷条件下的温度时间历程曲线及瞬态温度场分布 。The simulation of Medium Steel plate temperature field in the process of past-rolling controlled cooling based on finite element analysis software ANSYS is discussed. The simulation results of temperature course curves and transient temperature distribution provide excellent guidance to the control of cooling process.
