摘　　要：分析R5 .2 5m罗可普小方坯连铸机刚性引锭杆的变形原因 ,并通过将引锭杆改成焊接式框架结构 ,解决引锭杆易变形的缺点 ,并达到提高使用寿命 ,降低费用 。The reasons causing the distortion of the rigid dummy bar on R5.25m Rokop billet caster are analyzed .The defect of dummy bar easily to deformed is resolved by changing the dummy bar into welding frame structure ,and the goal of longer usage life ,lower cost and shorter manufacturing duration is reached.
