摘 要:近年来,随着井筒穿越的表土层厚度的不断增大,冻结法施工的立井井壁的破裂问题再次成为我国及世界许多国家煤炭行业所面临的一大难以解决的课题,因在导致井壁破裂的主要因素问题上存在分歧,故该问题一直未能得到很好的解决。为此,该篇文章首先较为详尽地分析了导致井壁破裂的主要因素,并在此基础之上,提出了一系列即符合理论又切合实际的防破措施。防破裂措施所采用的基本原理是降低危险点主应力值、改善危险点的应力状态。本文的研究结果对防治井壁破裂有较大的参考作用。In recent years, frozen shaft rupture has become a difficult problem again in China with the increase of the depth of soil layer around shaft. The main reason which shaft rupture has not been resolved lies in different views on shaft rupture factory. In this paper, the main factors causing shaft rupture and analyzed, on basis of which a series of prevention and cure measures on shaft rupture are presented. The principle of prevention and cure of shaft rupture are that the primary stress at dangerous point is reduced and the stress condition at dangerous point is imporved. The research results in present paper have important function to the prevention and cure of shaft rupture.
