摘　　要：分析了网络参考文献的作用,对期刊论文参考引用网络文献的情况进行了调查,提出了规范著录参考网络文献的原则。The paper has analyzed the function of network-reference, investigated the situation of journal papers referencing the network-literature and put forw ard principles of standard indexing referencing network-reference.
