摘  要:利用X射线衍射仪检测和分析了25~200℃条件下G级油井水泥水化产物.揭示了温度及外加剂等对G级油井水泥水化产物的影响.结果表明:温度超过110℃后,主要水化硅酸钙产物由CSH(Ⅱ),C2SH2等凝胶转变为C2SH晶体;温度为110~150℃时掺加硅砂的水泥,主要水化硅酸钙产物为C5S6H5;而当温度超过150℃时,主要水化硅酸钙产物为C6S6H.此外,给出了不同温度条件下G级油井水泥水化过程的化学反应式.Hydration product composition of class G oil well cement are tested and analyzed by using XRD at the temperature range of 25~200 ℃. Effects of temperature and additives on the hydration products of class G oil well cement are revealed. For clean cement slurry (without additives), the major products changed from CSH(Ⅱ), C_2SH_2, C_3S_2H_3 to C2SH when temperature exceeded 110 ℃, and for cement slurry with silica sands, the major products changed to be C_5S_6H_5 (110~150 ℃) and C_6S_6H (>150 ℃) respectively. Chemical reaction formula of the hydration for major clinker minerals of class G oil well cement are established, which can be used to describe the results of hydration. The mechanism of hydration of silica sand is given.
