摘　　要：介绍了基于日本横河数字功率表WT230和RS232总线构成的计算机测量系统,并以空调制冷/制热消耗功率检测实验系统为应用实例,从硬件结构和软件设计方面阐述了该系统的实现原理和方法。此外,对实时监控程序的设计也进行了重点讨论。Based on WT230(YOKOGAWA, Japan) digital power meter and RS232 interface bus, a computer measurement system is introduced in this paper. The hardware structure and the software design of a sample on an test experiment system of air-condition power consumption of refrigeration and heat are presented as well. In addition, the design of real-time monitor program is also discussed emphatically.
