摘　　要：该程控开关由低热电势开关、驱动系统、定位系统、屏蔽系统和相应的电气控制系统组成,可以实现全自动的测量。测量结果表明,该多路低热电势程控开关的热电势变差优于5nV。In this paper, A programmable Low EMF multi-switch is introduced. The programmable multi-switch is composed of Low EMF switch, drive system, orientation system, shield system and electric control system. It can be measured full-automatically. The result shows the difference of the EMF of this programmable is below 5nV.
