摘　　要：临床各种疾病广泛涉及骨骼肌肉系统感染 ,如何正确选择有效抗生素已成为广大医务人员关注的热点。本文对干扰细菌细胞壁合成 ,作用于细菌核糖体、影响细菌DNA合成及抑制细菌合成生长等作用机制 ,及各类抗生素的作用和注意事项进行分析 ,提出在骨骼肌肉系统感染中抗生素的使用原则、用量及应注意的相关事项。The were many infections involved the skeletal muscle in clinic and how to select the effective antibiotics had been the key point of medical staffs concerned. This paper had discussed the interruption of cell wall synthesis, ribosomal, DNA synthesis and inhibiting bacteria growth and summarized the varied antibiotics application and attentions. It also suggested the principle, dosage and relative affairs.
