纳米TiO_2玻璃膜的制备与表征

摘  要:以钛酸丁酯和无水乙醇为原料,加硝酸银引入银离子,采用溶胶凝胶法和浸渍提拉法在玻璃表面施涂膜层,控制提拉速度6cm/min,经500℃热处理,制得均匀透明的多孔纳米TiO2玻璃.通过对样品XRD、SEM等分析的研究,二氧化钛薄膜主要呈锐钛矿相,而且其纳米颗粒大小在50-100nm范围.以大肠杆菌为菌种,对样品进行抗菌测试结果表明:银的抗菌机理为银离子接触抗菌,添加少量银离子,薄膜即有良好的抗菌能力.透光率分析表明纳米TiO2玻璃的透光性较好,在可见光范围内相对于普通玻璃的透光率在65%以上.The silver doped TiO_2 sol is prepared through the materials Sol-Gel method, Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 and C_2H_6OH.AgNO_3 is the component for inducting silver ion. The inorganic film is formed on glass through dipping-draught, under the dropping rate 6cm/min.with the temperature of heat treatment at 500℃.Through the analysis of the data of XRD and SEM, we find that the TiO_2 film exists as titania in great amounts. The diameters of the TiO_2 particles in the coatings are in the range of 50-100nm.The experiment of an antibacterial test using escherichia coli,shows the antibacterial mode of silver comes from silver ion contacting antibacteria, and with only a little silver ion added,doped film can get good antibacterial property. The transparency of the glass coated with nano-TiO_2 in visible spectra is high and its transmissibility compared with common glass is over 65%.
