摘　　要：以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯与异辛醇为原料 ,二丁基氧化锡为催化剂 ,通过酯交换法在无溶剂的条件下合成了邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯。通过实验考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间及物料配比等因素对反应的影响。反应的最佳条件是 :反应温度为 170～ 180℃ ,催化剂用量为 1 0g ,反应时间为 4h ,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯与异辛醇物质的量的比为 1∶2 10。在此条件下 ,收率在 96 5 %以上 ,通过折光率、IR。Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate was prepared without solvent by transesterifying di-methyl-o-phthalate with 2-ethyl hexanol in the presence of organic-tin as a catalyst.The influences of temperature,time,catalyst and the molar ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product were studied.The experimental result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:reaction temperature ranged from 170～180℃,the catalyst was 1.0g,reaction time was 4.0h,the molar ratio between di-methyl-o-phthalate and 2-ethyl hexanol was 1∶2.10.The yield of the product could be up to 96.5%under the optimum conditions.Refractive index,IR and (()~1HNMR) characterized the structure of the product.
