摘　　要：本文在分析我国对外直接投资基本情况的基础上,根据钱纳里的双缺口理论对影响我国对外直接投资规模的储蓄额和外汇储备额进行了实证分析,并与日本作了相关比较。研究结果表明,储蓄额对我国对外直接投资规模的影响是正面的,但其作用有限;外汇储备额对其影响是负面的。我国今后应通过进一步扩大对外直接投资来减少过量的外汇储备。On the analysis of the conditions of outward direct investment (ODI) in China, the paper makes an empirical study on the deposits and foreign exchange reserves affecting the scale of ODI in China, with a comparison of Japan at the same time. The result of the research indicates that deposits make a positive influence on the scale of ODI although its function is limited. On the other hand, foreign exchange reserves play a negative role on the scale of ODI. China should expand the scale of ODI in order to decrease the foreign exchange reserves in the near future.
