摘  要:基于太阳能冷管运行机理和内部能量转换过程,建立了太阳能冷管晚间吸冷过程的数学模型.对模型求解得出吸附床径向中点温度、中芯管壁温度、蒸发器壁面温度和制冷剂蒸发速率随时间变化关系,并搭建了太阳能冷管运行的实验测量装置.在环境温度为36~28°C、冷管周围风速0.5m/s条件下,太阳能冷管可持续制冷13h,冷管蒸发器温度最低可达18°C,并与数值模拟结果进行了比较,两者吻合较好.A solar cooling tube is a cooling unit which can make a complete refrigeration cycle in a single tube. And the mechanism of solar cooling tube was described. Based on the energy conversion in solar cooling tube and adsorption theory, a mathematical model was built for refrigeration process in nighttime. The variation of tubule temperature, refrigerator temperature and evaporating mass with time was calculated, and the test on solar cooling tube was also set up. Under the conditions of environment temperature 36-28°C and wind velocity 0.5 m/s, it can produce the cooling capacity in 13 h and come to the lowest temperature 18°C. The results of the mathematical model agree well with the experimental data.
