摘　　要：认真分析总结了胡状—庆祖集油田严重非均质油藏细分重组的方法标准及效果 ,对细分重组后开发中表现出的突出问题进行剖析 ,从储层的微观结构、毛管压力曲线、相渗特征、流体性质变化等方面对细分重组标准进一步探讨。提出了严重非均质油藏细分重组k/标准 ,确定了合理井距及合理生产井段 ,以指导油田下步开发。This paper has been summarized levels and effect on subdivision and regroup in the progress of developing the heterogeneity reservoir,Huzhuang-Qingzuji oilfield and discussed some prominent problem of affectin oil development.After analyzing the microstructure of reservoir,capillarity curve,effective permeability curve,the difference of fluid properties,the level of subdivision and regroup is offered on the value of k,reasonable well spacing,reasonable production thichness and sub-layer number.These methods will have an important guidance and reference meaning in the next development.
