摘  要:取大鼠18只静脉注射环孢素A(CsA),活体观察CsA对肾表面微循环的影响及山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪对CsA肾中毒保护作用。结果表明:CsA的肾毒性与其引起的肾血管收缩、肾脏低灌流有关。预先应用山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪,在不同程度上对CsA的肾中毒有保护作用。另取大鼠15只观察了腹腔注射CsA对肾脏组织学的改变及山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪的保护作用。提示用CsA前,加用山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪可减低CsA的肾毒性。The effects of cyclosporine A(CsA)on the renal subcapsular microcirculation and the preventionof CsA nephrotoxicity with anisodamine and ligustrazini were studied. CsA was injected intravenouslyinto 18 rats. The renal subcapsular microcirculation was observed under fluorescence microscope. Itwas shown that continuous infusion of CaS could result in severe inhibition of the blood flow. Pretreat-ment with anisodamine and ligustrazini could alleviated the impairment induced by CsA. 15 other ratswere injected CaS intraperitonealy. The renal morphological changes and the protective effects of aniso-damine and ligustrazini were examined with light microscope. The results indicated that pretreatmentwith anisodamine and ligustrazini might reduce the CsA-induced nehprotoxicity.
