心复康Ⅲ号的急性毒性及药效学研究

摘　　要：心复康Ⅲ号对小鼠的急性毒性用简化机率法计算IpLD_(50)为79.74±4.14g/kg,PoLD_(50)为824.3±119.45 g/kg。心复康Ⅲ号对动物常压耐缺氧、异丙肾上腺素引起的耗氧量增加,亚硝酸钠、氰化钾中毒、结扎双侧颈总动脉引起的脑缺氧以及恒速静脉滴注戊巴比妥钠引起的心衰均有明显地保护作用。提示心复康Ⅲ号在常用剂量时基本无毒性并对缺血性心脏病有一定治疗作用。The experiment with Xingfukang No. Ⅲ for the acute toxicity in mice demonstrated that IP dose ofLD50 was 79. 74±4. 14 g/kg,and the Po dose of LD50 was 824. 33±119. 45 g/kg(calculated withthe reduced method of chance rate). Xingfukang No. Ⅲ given in a dose of 82 g/kg has obviousprotective effect on the anoxia tolerance of animals under normal atmosphere,the increase of oxygenconsumption in the myocardium induced by isoprenaline, the intoxication due to sodium nitrite orkalium cyanide, brain ischemia and anoxia caused by the ligated bilateral common carotid arteries,and heart failure due to the intravenous infusion of pentobarbital at constant speed. It is suggested thatXingfukang No. Ⅲ may have certain effect on heart failure resulting from anoxia.
