09CuPTiRE钢中夹杂物的研究

摘　　要：通过电子探针和金相显微镜，对 ０９ＣｕＰＴｉＲＥ 耐大气腐蚀钢中夹杂物进行了研究。结果表明：①符合新铁标要求的夹杂物是保证钢板性能基本稳定的主要原因；②存在一些主要组成为 ＳｉＯ ＋Ａ ｌ２Ｏ ＋ＦｅＯ＋ＣｅＯ （ＣｅＳ，　ＬａＳ）＋Ｍ ｎＳ＋ＴｉＮ ＋ＴｉＳ ２ ３ ２的大尺寸复合夹杂物；③稀土元素加入较少致使少量长条状 Ｍ ｎＳ 存在。The inclusion of the 09CuPTiRE steel is studied by the electronic probe and metallographic microscope. The result shows that: ①the inclusion of measuring up to new railway standard is the major reason to ensure the steady performance of 09CuPTiRE steel;②there are large complex inclusions composed of SiO2+Al2O3+FeO+CeO2(CeS, LaS)+MnS+TiN+TiS; ③Because RE element adds very little, there are few stip of MnS inclusion in 09CuPTiRE steel.
