脑外伤患者淋巴细胞亚群变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑外伤患者淋巴细胞亚群的变化及临床意义。方法应用双色免疫荧光单克隆抗体标记流式细胞术,检测80例脑外伤患者和健康对照组(80例)外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD16+56+细胞百分率和CD4+/CD8+细胞比值。结果脑外伤患者CD3+、CD4+细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),而CD16+56+细胞百分率则高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑外伤患者存在细胞免疫功能的异常。Objective To syudy the changes of lymphocyte subpopulation and its clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral trauma. Methods CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD16+56+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 80 patients with acute cerebral trauma and 80 healtyh controls were measured using dual-fluorescent flow cytometry. Results Compared with the healthy controls, the percentage of CD3+、CD4+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ of patients with acute cerebral trauma were significantly lower, and CD5+6+ was significantly higher than those control group (P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01, respectively). Conclusion Abnormality of cell immune function exists in the patients with acute cerebral trauma.
