摘　　要：针对地市级电视台的业务特点和需求 ,设计了基于网络的非线性编辑系统 ,并对系统工作流程、方案设计、拓扑结构、网络性能、系统管理要求进行了分析 。Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of local television station, this paper designs the non-linear editorial system which is based on the net, and also analyses the system's workflow, the project's design, topologies, the net's ability, the system's management. It provides specific method to realize.
