摘  要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像技术及其临床应用价值。方法:分析18例(其中3例为冠状动脉血管成形术并置入支架者;2例为冠状动脉搭桥术后;其余为冠心病可疑者)的MSCT冠状动脉造影(MSCTCA)和CT冠状动脉成像结果。并将3例CT检查结果与导管法冠状动脉造影结果进行比较。结果:18例MSCTCA左冠状动脉主干显示清晰,左前降支、左回旋支及右冠状动脉显示较清晰,满足影像诊断的需要,但右冠状动脉和左前降支、左回旋支的远段及其小分支有运动伪影的干扰。3例CT检查结果与导管法冠状动脉造影结果相同。结论:MSCT冠状动脉成像能较好地显示冠状动脉及其主要分支,MSCT是诊断和随访冠状动脉疾病很有意义和潜力的非创伤性检查方法。Objective: To study the clinical use of coronary arteriography with multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT). Methods: Three patients undergoing coronary angioplasty, 2 undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, and 13 with clinically suspected coronary heart disease were examined by coronary arteriography with MSCT. Results: The left main artery (LMA) was clearly displayed. The images of the left anterior descending artery (LAD) , left circumflex artery (LMC) and right coronary artery (RCA) were also good except that those of their distal and small branches could be disturbed with motion artifacts. The imaging results in 3 patients using CT were similar to those in conventional coronary arteriography. Conclusion: Coronary arteriography with MSCT is able to manifest the coronary artery and its main branches, which is a useful , non-invasive method in the diagnosis and follow-up of coronary artery disease.
