摘　　要：为提高济钢竖炉的自动化控制水平 ,设计开发了 3 #竖炉自动控制系统。该系统采用施耐德公司ModiconQuantun系列PLC及以太网通讯技术 ,并应用Concept 2 .2编程软件、MonitorProV7上位监控软件开发了相应的控制程序和监控画面 ,实现了对整个竖炉的集中控制。投用两年来 ,系统运行稳定可靠 ,满足了工艺技术要求。In order to improve the automation level of the shaft furnace of Jigang, the automatic control system No.3 shaft furnace has been designed and developed. The techniques of Schneider's Modicon Quantum PLC and Ethernet communication were adopted in this system,and the correspondent control program and supervisory figure also were developed by means of the program software, concept 2.2 and the monitor software, Monitor Pro V7. Concentrative control for the shaft furnace has realized. The system has been running stably and reliably for two years and met the needs of techniques.
