连铸中间包快速更换定径水口技术的应用

摘  要:为提高中间包使用寿命 ,合钢第二炼钢厂采用手摆式连铸中间包快速更换定径水口技术。该技术装置由上下两块滑动水口组成 ,其中下水口通过一个滑道与备用水口连在一起。当下水口侵蚀严重需要更换时 ,利用杠杆原理 ,用人力将备用水口推到工作位置以取代原来的下水口 ,达到稳定钢流的目的。在 3 #机R6m小方坯连铸机上应用共计 9个浇次表明 ,在其它条件基本相同的情况下 ,平均单包连浇 5 5 .78炉 (最高 63炉 ) ,平均连浇 2 1.60h(最高 2 4.2 3h)。钢水收得率由98 11%提高到 98.3 6% ,吨钢成本降低 3 .2 5元。In order to improve the service life of the tundish, the technology about the hand-drive rapid-changing fixed diameter nozzle for continuous casting tundish is used in No.2 steelmaking plant of Hegang. The equipment of this technology consists of two glide-nozzles that unite from top to bottom inseparably, and one below joins a spare nozzle by the slide. When the nozzle below is eroded seriously, the spare one can be push to the working position to replace it by hand and lever principle to stabilize the liquid steel strands. The total 9 casts applications show that in the same condition, the average service life of continuous casting per tundish is 55.78 (the most is 63) heats, or 21.60h (the most is 24.23h), the yield of liquid steel is improved from 98.11% to 98.36% and the cost of steel is reduced by 3.25 Yuan per ton.
