摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定益母丸中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用醋酸乙酯、乙醇—强酸性阳离子交换树脂纯化去杂方法制备供试品溶液,以 ODS-3柱为色谱柱;甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(65:28)为流动相;流速为1ml/min;检测波长为215nm;按外标法进行检测。结果:盐酸水苏碱进样量在1.16~14.50μg 良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;样品平均加样回收率为98.1%(n=5),RSD 为1.46%;重复性实验 RSD 为1.18%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确重现性好,可作为益母丸的含量测定方法。Objective:To establish the determination methods of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Yi mu Pill by RP—HPLC.Methods:The strong—acid positive—ion exchange resin was used to pure sample and remove impurity.The chromatographic is ODS—3;the flow phase is methanol— 0.05mol/L KH2PO4 solution(65:28);flow rate is 1.0 ml/min;detection wavelength is 215nm. Results:Stachydrine Hydrochloride was well separated.The standard curve was linear in the range of 1.16~14.50ug with correlation coefficient 0.9997.The average recovery of Stachydrine Hydrochloride was 98.1%(n=5),RSD=1.46%.The repeat experiment was well (RSD= 1.98%,n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple and convenient,sensitive and reliable.It can be used to determine Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Yi mu Pill.
