阻断班氏丝虫病传播的策略和措施

摘　　要：目的 :探索阻断班氏丝虫病流行传播的策略和技术措施 ,消灭班氏丝虫病。方法 :全民普查 ,确定班氏丝虫病流行分布 ;分析班氏丝虫生物学特点。结果 :选用了反复防治病原为主导的策略 ;制定和推广应用反复查治病原、查治结合重点村全民服药、查治结合重点流行区服食海群生掺拌食盐等防治技术措施 ;建立监测系统 ,消灭残存传染源。 1998年 ,广东省卫生厅组织专家对我区进行消灭丝虫病审评 ,确认我区已阻断班氏丝虫病传播 ,达到了消灭丝虫病标准。结论 :单一针对病原的技术措施 ,能达到阻断班氏丝虫病传播 。Objective:To study the strategies and technical measures for interrupting the transmission of bancroftian filariasis.Methods:Large scale of blood survey was carried on to determine the filariasis epidemic area.Measures and effects of blood examination diagnosis and hetrazan(DEC) treatment were investigated.Technical measures of examination were and spreaded infection sources were treated repeatedly.Surveillance system was formulated.Remaining infection sources was eradicated.Results:Control strategy of infection sources was confirmed.Repeated investigation and treatment microfilaremia was carried out.The bancroftian filariasis transmission had been interrupted and the bancroftian filariasis had been eliminated through out Baoan district in Shenzhen city by evaluation of experts in 1998 of Public Health Bureau of Guangdong province.Conclusion:Bancroftian filariasis transmission can be interrupted and elimination criteria can be achieved by the technical measurses of treatment of infection sources.
