水中臭氧杀菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：目的 :了解水中臭氧杀灭微生物及 HBs Ag试验效果。方法 :用多功能臭氧消毒器产生的臭氧 ,参考消毒技术规范 ,进行悬液法定量杀菌试验及 HBs Ag破坏试验。结果 :该机器对 10 0 0 ml含大肠杆菌的蒸馏水和天然黄河水分别作用0 .5 m in、 30 min,平均杀灭率分别为 99.96 %、 99.75 %。该机器处理 2 0 0 m l的蒸馏水 10 m in后形成的臭氧水对 HBs AG作用 4 0 m in,可以有效地破坏 HBs Ag。结论 :臭氧用于杀菌水中大肠杆菌效果较好 ,但对于含有杂质的水及 HBsObjective:In order to know the efficacy of ozone in killing Escherichia coli and antigenicity of HBsAg.Methods:Acording to Technical Standard for Disinfection,suspension quantitative germicidal test and antigencity of HBsAg destroying test were carried out.Results:When ozone was introduced into 1 000 ml distilled water and water of the yellow river,the average killing rate for Escherichia coli with 0.5 min contract time and natural bacterial with 30 min contact time in each water were 99.96% and 99.75%.After zooml water was intaooluced ozone for 10 minutes,it could destroy antigenicity of HBsAg with 40 min contact time.Conclusion:Ozone has good bacterial efficacy on distilled water,but has a little poor efficacy on water with impurity and antigenicity of HBsAg.
