摘　　要：详细介绍了便携式旋转机械故障数据采集系统设计.硬件系统中振动信号调理电路的设计是难点,软件系统采用Labview编写.该系统在黄埔电厂12.5万kW汽轮发电机组的故障诊断中得到了很好的应用.In this paper, the design of portable fault data acquisition system of rotating machines is introduced in detail. It is a difficulty to design its signal pretreatment circuit. The software is programmed with Labview. The system is perfectly applied to analyze the faults of turbine-generator set in HuangPu power plane.
