摘　　要：通过对近期国内外有关碘、甲状腺激素等对心血管系统作用的文献的研究 ,以期能对碘对血管平滑肌作用机制的研究有所参考 ,并能对实验研究的思路有所拓展 ,对机理的探讨更加深入 ,使以后的实验结果更加科学、可信。近期研究碘对血管平滑肌作用的文献较少 ,但相关的文献 ,如有关甲状腺激素的、有关碘化物的等文献较多 。To provide useful information and aditional methods to experimental studies on the effects of iodine on vascular smooth muscle,the related articles were reviewed. There are not so much of that, but the related researches can help us with the studing. By analysing the data, we have generalized some methods to investigate iodine's effects on vascular muscle and the mechanism.
