摘　　要：轴承是大型立式泵机组的关键部件 ,故障发生率高 ,严重影响机组的可靠性。本文通过调查泵机组轴承故障情况 ,分析泵站辅助设备油系统和水系统对主机组轴承的影响 ,提出提高轴承可靠性和运行寿命的对策和措施。Bearings are key parts of a large vertical pump unit.Their breakdown and malfunction probaˉbilities are very high,which seriously influences the reliability of pump unit.The malfunction situations of bearings were investigated.The influences of assistant equipments on bearings were analyzed.The measures were put forward to improve the reliability and bearings life.
