摘  要:由于轴的自重及水轮机转轮、发电机转子体的重量将使整个轴系的中心轴线产生挠曲。特别是转子体重心及中心处将产生下沉及转角。为了保证定转子之间气隙的均匀性 ,采用了斜铁心结构。在设计及铁心叠片时 ,预先使铁心中心轴线有一个等于转子中心处挠度值的偏心量e。此外 ,铁心中心轴线与定子机座中心轴线被设计成一个夹角 ,该夹角等于转子体中心处截面的转角。通过计算 ,定子刚强度和热膨胀均在设计允许范围内 。The entire shafting center axes was bowed by axial self respect, weight of turbine runner and body of generator rotor. Especially, the gravity of rotor body will sink and rotor center will be deflection. In order to ensure equality of the air gap between rotor and stator, we used oblique iron core frame. When design and lamination, There is a eccentricity e of core center axes in advance and it equals to the value of yield degree in rotor center. Moreover an angle between core’s center axes and the center axes of stator would be designed and made it equaled to the other section’s angle in the rotor center. Calculated stator intensity and thermal expansion which are in the design limits and they are satisfied with user.
