摘  要:将故障期间由发电机转子上的不平衡转矩形成的能量作为过剩暂态能量(STE),以其作为反映发电机受到故障扰动程度的指标。故障切除后,STE 减去能量耗散项后等于暂态能量(TE)。利用 TE 对汽轮机调速系统附加 H∞控制(TGAHC)对稳定性的作用原理进行了理论分析。分析结果表明:TGAHC 能够加速暂态能量的衰减,有助于减少故障后发电机转子的振荡时间,具有提高电力系统稳定性的作用。单机系统的数字仿真结果验证了理论分析结果。The surplus transient energy(STE)is formed during the period of fault in power system.STE leads to the oscillation of generator and can be used to reflect the degree of the stability lost.The transient energy(TE)is equal to the remainder energy when the dissipation energy is subtracted from STE.TE is used as one proof to verify the effect of one stability control law in the paper.The effect on TE caused by the governor system of turbine generator and the turbine governor additional H∞ control(TGAHC),is analyzed.The results show that it is helpful to reduce TE by using the control of the turbine governor system and TGAHC.It is proved that TE is reduced more quickly by GAHDC.And GAHDC is helpful to improve the stability of power system.The conclusion is also proved by simulating tests.
